Looking for someone to take over my lease at Forest Lake, fully furnished 2BR/2BA, floor plan B3 Standard. Move-in available August 21st. August rent is already paid for, so all you’ll need to do is fill out the paperwork.

Rent is $989/month. Community has a pool, gym, and shuttle access, and is close to USF.

I’ll cover the reassignment fee for one person taking over my spot. If two people are interested in moving in together, my roommate is also looking for someone to take over their lease, so the whole unit could work out for a pair.
