I am looking for someone who is clean, employed with steady income in a career, who does not have a criminal past and who can not only pass a background check but also has no prior evictions. If you smoke I don't care, as long as you don't do it in the house. You must produce at least 2 months proof of income. I have a fingerprint door lock to your room and you can watch me install it for you so that you feel safe and know that you are the only one with access to your personal areas. I work a ton so I'm not home a lot. We will split the cost for electrical, water, gas. And Internet. I don't care if you have overnight guest as long as it's not to the point where they try to move in. I am extremely respectful and will discuss with you what makes you feel comfortable and fully comply with that. If you need the room unfurnished I'm willing to remove the bed and mattress.
