Room available for $900 for female roommate

I am looking for someone who is clean, employed with steady income in a career, who does not have a criminal past and who can not only pass a background check but also has no prior evictions. If you smoke I don't care, as long as you don't do it in the house. You must produce at least 2 months proof of income. My 1 and a half year old daughter visits so I am only comfortable with a female roommate. You can buy a deadbolt door lock to your room and bathroom and can watch me install it for you and you keep the key so that you feel safe and know that you are the only one with access to your personal areas. I will even pay for the locks. I work a ton so I'm not home a lot and I work 12 hour shifts at night. We will split the cost for electrical 3 ways. I don't care of you have overnight guest as long as it's not to the point where they try to move in. I am extremely respectful and will discuss with you what makes you feel comfortable and fully comply with that. If you need the room furnished I'm willing to purchase a new bed, mattress, and dresser and reasonably priced television.
