2 fully furnished rooms available in a spacious 5 bedroom / 2 bathroom home. Quiet, clean, and safe neighborhood. Utilities + high-speed WiFi included in rent. 6 month or longer stays welcome. Current 3 tenants are working males, but both male and female applicants are wwelcome. Owner does Not live there.

House Details:
*. Shared kitchen, laundry, and living/dining areas. There are 2 large refrigerators to split between tentants.
*. Pool & lanai for relaxing (9am–10pm use)
*. Smoking allowed outside only
*. No pets, no overnight guests, single occupancy only
*. Bathrooms: Rooms A, B & C share one bathroom. Rooms D & E share the other.

Requirements:
*. 6-month minimum stay
*. 2 weeks’ rent security deposit + 1st week’s rent due at move-in
*. Proof of income (employment or stable fixed income such as pension, SSI, disability)
*. Valid ID and references
*. Chill vibe is a must.
