Furnished private room in a clean, quiet 5-bed / 2-bath home in Brandon (Kensington), minutes from Brandon Regional Hospital, I-75, shopping, and dining. An easy fit for travel nurses and working professionals on assignment.

Rent: $900/month with a 12-month lease, or $950/month month-to-month.

This is a calm, respectful, drama-free household - not a party house. Housemates are full-time working professionals who keep the home clean and quiet and are out most of the day. You'll share with people who value privacy and their own routine.

The home offers:

-Large granite kitchen with stainless steel appliances

-Two refrigerators
-Utilities + WiFi included

The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, and basic spices. The laundry room includes front-loading washer and dryer units, detergent shelves, and a deep laundry sink.

Please note this is a shared home / roommate setting. Although it is a very quiet home, complete silence cannot be guaranteed.

Housemates: Currently shared by four male working professionals, ages 25-50, all employed full-time. Male and female renters are welcome, but please note that the current household is male. Single occupancy only.

Best for a clean, easygoing full-time professional looking for a stable, quiet home with minimal visitors and no parties.

Owner is off-site but always reachable by phone. Screening includes a short application, income/employment verification, and background check.
