Full use of the kitchen, including your own pantry shelf or shelves as needed, plus living room, dining room, breakfast room, powder room downstairs, and laundry room. Full bathroom with tub is upstairs and shared with one other household member + the friendly and nosey cat.

Plenty of yard to make a garden somewhere if you’re into that sort of thing. We have beds in the front of the house. Chickens in an enclosure in the backyard. Eggs free to you.
