Vegan Roommates Desired

I'm looking to rent a room in my house. It is a renovated garage. It rents for $650/month It has a full-size bed, a large glass table with two chairs, and a smaller glass table next to the bed. The rent includes utilities, filtered water, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer, laundry room supplies, and toiletries (paper towels and toilet tissue). No drugs, alcohol, pets, or smoking allowed in the house or on the premises. Preference for vegan roommates because no meat, fish, dairy, or eggs allowed in the house. I will not rent to anyone with a criminal record. I will only consider people with a long-term history of employment, or stable income from the government or retirement benefits.
