1,551 sq ft 0.3 acre house with a huge backyard! Located minutes from NAS Pensacola, Corry Station and Naval Hospital Pensacola. Approximately 5-10 minutes away from several grocery stores. Looking to rent two rooms, potentially a third. Shared bathrooms but I will try to accommodate sharing with the same gender. If I get a male roommate they can share a bathroom with me. One of the spare rooms has a digital lock for extra privacy. A large two car garage and willing to negotiate both spots to be used by roommates. For accommodation I can offer a furnished room (full sized bed fits the best per room) or you can furnish on your own. I will cover the cost of WiFi and the utilities if I can get all 3 rooms filled!(all photos are from current owner these things will be cleared out!)
