The home includes: Three bedroom & two bathroom home shared between two siblings. The male sibling will be moving out once he gets his new military assignment. He is currently transitioning into a hybrid situation where he will be living in his van once he’s done with the build out. He is currently staying in one of the bedrooms that will get rented out at the end of the year by a young female.

The home has a shared kitchen, dinning room, and living area. The home has a large fenced in back yard with a small deck and patio for lounging and a ceramic pizza oven. Washer and Dryer available in the garage.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, respectful, and cleans up after themselves.

You’re responsible for rent, split of utilities, part of the home chores, and cleanliness of your bathroom.

The room is available starting now. ☺️ We will require a six month lease, then extension available or with a 30-day notice of vacancy.
