​Private, furnished with one queen size bed with plenty of natural light and a walk in closet. Shared bathroom with renter in another room.

​Location:
​House is about 2 years old and located on a quite street. It is undeveloped land on both sides and no one lives in the house across the street. It's about 25 mins from Pensacola Beach, 10 mins to UWF and 15 to Pensacola Mall and 2 mins from 9 Mile Road.

​About the Household:
I am the owner A Veteran who works part time with Instacart. Like playing PlayStation and maintaining the house.

​Single occupancy only. No smoking inside, and pets considered on a case by case basis.
