I have a couple of rooms for rent in a recently renovated property located in the Ensley area of Pensacola.

The rooms feature fresh paint, new carpet, and new furniture. Bathroom is shared and has also been recently renovated.

Rent is $600 per month. Water, Wi-Fi, and trash are included. Electricity is split among tenants and typically averages under $80/month.

There are currently 2 other tenants that currently live in the residence. They are both quiet and low maintenence. I would prefer someone who is the same
