Recently had the second person on the lease move suddenly so I am seeking a roommate urgently. You will have to apply and sign a lease with my landlord. Rent is $1,125 a month. It’s is a trailer which I live in with my 5 year old son and cats. I smoke so someone who is comfortable at least smelling it is a must. Would prefer a female but I am open to interviewing anyone. We use the living room and kitchen but you are also welcome to these areas freely obviously, laundry is in unit. We would also be splitting bills such as the water, electric, and internet.
