Strict House Rules & Requirements:
Income Proof: Verifiable income or stable monthly funds required.
Immaculate Cleanliness Mandatory: The tenant is strictly responsible for keeping their private bedroom and private bathroom pristine. The landlord does absolutely no cleaning of tenant spaces.
Internet/Wi-Fi Limit: High-speed Wi-Fi is included for basic cell phone, laptop, and iPad use only. Absolutely no streaming televisions, smart TV sticks, or network device-sharing allowed.
No TV Service Included: Tenant must utilize their own independent cell phone plan or personal hotspot if they wish to watch or stream television in their room.
