Hi all! I am moving out soon and my bedroom will becoming available in my two bed, one bath apartment. Looking at availability in February. Located by Sacred Heart Hospital. Second floor apartment.

We are looking for someone who is quiet and clean. My current roommate is a male, who is very respectful of your space and privacy. He would prefer no drugs or heavy alcohol use (THC is fine if you use it outside). He is currently in college and working as well. The lease is open until the end of February 2026. I plan on moving out sometime next month, so you would be moving in no later than March 1st. You will have to pass a background check and are required to be on the lease, just fyi.

Your portion of rent would be around $620, with your half of utilities averaging around $115 (electricity and WiFi).
