Roommate Needed

Hi! I?m Jess and my roommate Madisen and I are looking for a roommate in our 3 bedroom 1.5 bath. We are two girls in our late twenties/early thirties with two loving 30 lb. dogs and a very anti-social cat. Madisen is an ICU nurse and I?m a waitress/student so we are relatively quiet but also enjoy each others company, have dinners together, etc. We are very respectful of each others space and keep a clean living environment. You would ideally be friendly, fun, clean, and maintain an amicable living space. Your room is big enough for a queen bed, dresser, and nighstand(s) with a decently sized closet. Madisen has the master room so you (future roomie) and I would share a bathroom in the hall. You would have access to the entire house, including a storage unit in the back, and a small yard that we both work to maintain. The lease is month to month which is great for anyone looking for short term as well. There is a deposit and bills are usually around $150 per person, including internet. The room is available on July 10, which is when rent is due every month but it can be ready as early as July 1 if you want to move in sooner If you have any questions, don?t hesitate to ask.
