Seeking a female roommate to live with 2 current female roommates.

The room you would be renting is approximately 12'x12'. The bathroom is shared with one other roommate.

The kitchen, living room, laundry room and yard are shared/common areas. The backyard is fully fenced in. Off-street parking and laundry are included.

In addition to the monthly rent, you would be responsible for paying 1/3rd of the monthly utilities. Your share would vary depending on the time of year, but averages around $100 a month. Use of the storage shed for additional personal property is also included.

The room will be available no earlier than November 1st.

The images that are in this listing are a few years old. The carpet has been replaced throughout the home. There is a 32-inch TV and single bed that are included in the room. New images will be uploaded when available.
