About me & you:
I am a clean, quiet, laid back, single, professional military male, who is searching for a female to share a 2br/2ba apartment with. I find it easier to room with a female than a male as females tend to be more respectful to
property.
Please be clean, quiet (although, I don't mind if you talk) lol and respectful, as I will be. Please no smokers (unless it is outside, or on the patio). No drugs at all, and I wont deal with anyone who steals or lies. I will catch on quickly. I do not mind if you drink. I work all day, sometimes work at home. I am open to communicate with you about anything, anytime.

About the room:
You will have a bedroom (carpeted), closet, unfurnished, and the whole guest bathroom (which will only be yours, as I won't have many guests). $800/mo (includes utilities, unlimited wifi)

If you would rather have the master room with a walk-in closet, own bathroom, and own door to access the patio.
Same as above, except would be $925/mo you choose.

About the unit:
It is on the 3rd floor (no elevator) outside screened in patio which overlooks a pond and one of the pools. Parking is FCFS, but usually have a spot available in front of building or very close by.
Rental term is for 1 year, longer if you'd like.

Community:
Gated community close to everything basically, and easy access to 295. 2 pools, fitness center, tennis court, basketball, playground (if you ever want to be a kid, or have kids) lol, sidewalks to walk around the community and the 2 ponds, business center, and is fairly quiet (being an apartment). Walking distance to restaurants, grocery, and some shopping.

I have a current roommate that is leaving in June, but you are more than welcome to come view the place if you like.

I would like to have a couple references, and proof of job. Payment due on the 1st of each month as I pay mine.
