Hello! I am looking for a Female Roomate to split my 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. It sits on a beautiful golf course that’s very relaxing. Private bathroom includes shower and bath. Bedroom has large closet and good lighting. Very clean minimal home. Washer and drier in unit ! :) Access to kitchen, living room, porch. I have tons of extra space in the kitchen and living room, it’s pretty minimalistic at the moment. I have not fully furnished the apartment yet, no tv or couch in living room. Utilities are included in your 800 a month rent. There’s a 75$ application fee that goes through my land lord
