Nice Room for Rent in Beautiful Home

I'm an African American female that's renting out a room in my Punta Gorda home and I'm looking for a female roommate that wants a nice room. The house is very nice, was recently built and is in a beautiful, family oriented neighborhood. The room for rent is downstairs and there's a separate entrance through it's own bathroom. You must be okay with no kitchen access but there's a mini fridge and microwave set-up in the room. The closet in the room has good space in it and you will have your own garage space in the attached garage on the house. The room has a bed, nightstand, and a mini fridge and microwave set up (not seen in the pics). I can have a tv mounted on the wall, if you prefer.
With that said, I'm looking for a roomie who is:

- Stable employment, clean, considerate, kind, social, easy to get along with but typically prefers to stay to themselves.
- You will need to provide proof of employment and income.
- I'm a 40's, African American female & I prefer a female with the same background and culture, however, I'm open to all--it's just a preference.
- Rent is $1200 per month, which includes utilities. $800 security deposit plus 1st months rent required up front, so $2000 due altogether to move in.
- The neighborhood has a community pool, gym, tennis courts and many other amenities. Within the community, there's plenty of stores, businesses, shopping, eateries and activities.
- No drugs, pets, heavy drinkers, smokers of any sort please or constant guests please. No criminal records & MUST be okay with an extensive background check.
