We have a room available for rent in our home in The Ridges in Weston, a quiet and family-friendly community. The house is conveniently located near Cypress Bay High School, Falcon Cove Middle School, and Cleveland Clinic Florida.

What’s included:

* Private bedroom for one person
* Shared bathroom
* All utilities included in the rent
* High-speed internet/Wi-Fi
* Access to the kitchen, laundry, living room, and other common areas
* Parking available for one additional car. Since we already have two cars, parking will require some coordination of schedules.

A little about us:

We are a friendly family of three: Mom, Dad, and our 14-year-old son, Simon. We enjoy a peaceful, relaxed home environment and are looking for someone who is respectful, responsible, trustworthy, and considerate of others.

We also have two pets who are part of our family: Leia, our 10-year-old Scottish Terrier, and Vito, our one-year-old cat. We love them dearly, so you must be comfortable living with both dogs and cats. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional pets.

House rules:

* One person only
* Respect for everyone's privacy and shared spaces
* Clean, responsible, and considerate living habits

We would prefer a female roommate who is looking for a peaceful, comfortable place to call home.
