It’s a quiet, well-kept home in a residential area, no loud parties, no chaos. A dedicated off-street parking spot is included, no competing for street parking. Shared Bathroom. Utilities, full access to all areas and wifi included. Just a comfortable place to actually live, plus a nice canal view from the property.

I’m the only resident here. I work in IT on-site with a regular schedule, but outside of that I stay active and out doing different things, you’ll have plenty of privacy and space to yourself. That said, I’m easy to reach and open to communication, and if any issue ever comes up, I’m quick to talk it through and find a solution that works for both of us. I keep the home clean and peaceful and expect the same from whoever moves in. Looking for someone responsible, clean, who cleans up after themselves, and are considerate of shared spaces.
