Room for Rent – Dog Lovers Only

Large furnished room with private bathroom (large walk-in shower) and walk-in closet in spacious home with pool, yard, and patio. The room is about 800 sq ft. The room is more spacious than most efficiency units or one bedroom apartments. Utilities, Amazon Prime, and Wi-Fi are included. Weekly cleaning can also be included if you like. Shared access to large kitchen, laundry room, den, and living room (usually quiet and empty). You are also free to enjoy the pool or lounge on the patio.

Flexible landlord - cost varies with length of stay, individual or couples.

We’re looking for quiet, independent, dog-loving, working adults. Must be OK with dogs—several live here and will greet you daily. No additional pets allowed (we have plenty).

We are open about your background, beliefs, or habits—unless they affect others. Just be clean, respectful, and able to pick up after yourself.

House is kept cool, no smoking indoors (vaping OK, outdoor smoking allowed). We’re friendly but keep to ourselves—ideal for someone who values space and peace. This is a bright, white, professionally cleaned, almost new home in Weston close to Town Center and Cleveland Clinic. The home is large and all rooms are expansive. Room comes with everything you need, just bring your toothbrush.
