Beautiful 2/2 Villa in Tamarac / ONE block ( literally) from Coral Springs) . You will have you own private room and bathroom~ use of kitchen & screened in patio. Must love dogs, i have the sweetest 4 yr old Havanese (NO SHEDDING). Room is UNFURNISHED, SO MAKE IT YOUR OWN :) I am very clean & keep to myself.. I am retired. Outside smoking OK... Includes WIFI, all utilities, washer & dryer. & monthly cleaning!! I am looking for a quiet, clean respectful person.. NO PARTIES ,NO DRUGS.. . Looking for yearly, $1200 a month & 700 security deposit~ Looking for someone for LONG TERM, low key & quiet. Backround & credit check & references needed. This is like having your own 1/1. Your room ( unfurnished) & bathroom is on the other side of the villa ( split bedroom plan). I am mostly home all day everyday, but i am in my bedroom with my Pup with my door closed. There will be days when you won't even see me.. LOL even though i; m here. I'm very quiet, NO DRAMA, neighborhood is extremeley quiet as well. My housemate unfortunately has to move out & into assisted living.. been here for almost 2 years & NO ISSUES~ Beatififul pool on premises ( literally a 2 minute walk) Planning ahead~ available 6/15/26 Must pass backround check & have proff of stable income.. I realize this is EARLY.. planning ahead.. on or about 6/15/26
