The upstairs living area is separated from my downstairs space by a door at the top of the stairs, providing privacy and a comfortable sense of having your own space.

Your upstairs area includes:
• Furnished private bedroom with new queen-size bed
• A second furnished room that can be used as a sitting, dining, office, or multipurpose room
• Private full bathroom
• Refrigerator/freezer
• Air fryer and oven for light cooking
• Desk and comfortable office chair
• Individual A/C and ceiling fans
• Skylights in the second room
• Closet and storage space

The second room is set up for light cooking and eating.

I am looking for a mature, responsible and financially stable woman, whether working or retired, who appreciates a quiet, clean and respectful home.

Cats live in the downstairs area with me, so this is not suitable for someone with cat allergies.

I enjoy a peaceful, positive lifestyle and have an interest in healing arts such as Reiki, Qigong, and meditation.
