Three furnished private rooms are available in a quiet residential condo community in Welleby, Sunrise:

• Master suite: $1,300/month with a private ensuite bathroom.
• Two furnished private bedrooms: $950/month each with a shared bathroom.

All three rooms are comfortably sized for a double bed and include good closet space.

Each room is intended for single occupancy. No smoking and no pets. A security deposit is required, and a long-term stay is preferred.

The current household includes one adult male, and a school-age child stays in the home part of the week. We are looking for clean, responsible and respectful tenants with verifiable income.
