Looking for a responsible, respectful, trustworthy, and clean roommate to take over a spare furnished bedroom we have. Must have stable income and please be drama free. Shared bathroom with one other person. Washer and dryer on site. Parking space in the driveway. Pool with a fenced in backyard. Smoking allowed outside. Located around the corner of Sawgrass Mall. LGBTQ friendly. (Im straight, other roommate is gay male) There is currently one small dog here named simba that you must be ok with. He is not much of a bother, though.
