I'm a single mom of two and I do time sharing with their dad so they are here 50% of the time throughout the week. They are 9 and 11.

We have a Golden retriever Puppy of 4 months and two Cats.

It is a townhouse in sunrise, we are very close to Grocery stores, AMC movie theatre in the plaza in front of the complex and Sawgrass mall is 10 mins away. Pine Island and 44th.

The room is big and furnished, it has its own bathroom and walk in closet. We would share the living room, kitchen, downstairs bathroom, laundry and patio.

We have a community pool right in our back yard.
