Cozy Clean Home in Sunrise

AVAILABLE 6/2/24. I would prefer it be temp housing for 1-6 months but will consider long term. Room is clean and surroundings are peaceful. It's a split floorplan and room is on the other side from the master so there is a level of privacy. The pool and back yard are good chill spots. Centrally located (10 mins to Sawgrass Mall & turnpike; 13 mins to 595). Grocery stores, food, and gyms directly in vicinity. The renovated bathroom is shared with 2 male tenants. I supply mats & shower curtains which are update regularly. One tenant is temp. and will be leaving end of May. Other than my occasional guests the bathroom is primarily yours and the expectation is to keep it clean and share cleaning duties with another tenant. (if there is a tenant) You have option of 2 entries: front door or through cabana bathroom which leads directly to your room. See pics. If your handy that's a plus. I may have a few house projects & we can barter w rent. No mail rec'd at house.
