It is currently furnished but if you would like to bring your own furniture that is okay too. Whatever you are more comfortable with. I am asking $1200 (all inclusive of Internet and electricity) as water is already included. If a couple is interested, the rent will be slightly higher ($1400) plus a $300 deposit. There is a full-sized bathroom included for the renter as I have my own bathroom in the master room. You will have access to the common areas - kitchen, dining room, and living room as there is a TV mounted on the wall. I do have a desk area in part of the that area but you are welcome to use the remainder of the space. I am looking for a clean, quiet, responsible (pays rent on time), respectful of boundaries, and very employed. The building has only 4 units in total and families occupy the other two units so quiet is highly valued for everyone living there. I need some who is respectful of common sense rules and it is a drug-free and moderate drinking household (I enjoy my wine from time to time but do not want to live with an alcoholic. I will need references just for my safety and confidence that you are a good person to share my space with me. I am a single woman and always respect other people's boundaries. It is 2 miles from the beach, across the street from a CVS, a short walk to McDonald's, the new Hen and Hog Cantina, Orion gas station, Flanigan's, Publix, 2 miles from Walmart Marketplace Plaza, and St Coleman's Church.
