FEMALE ROOMATE WANTED. This is a 3 bedroom converted 2 with 2 1/2 bathrooms. The room is located on opposite side of the condo from mine. We would share the other spaces other than bedroom and bathroom. You must keep things clean and quiet at a reasonable hour. I am a high school teacher and I wake up at 4 a. m during the weekdays, but I am mindful of being quiet. There is a sliding door that allows for extra privacy to separate your bedroom & bathroom from the rest of the condo. Your space will be unfurnished.
You will need a credit score of 700 to qualify and pay an application fee for the association. This is a lovely community with plenty of pools, trails, tennis courts and a nearby publix. Location is ideal to get on the highway and 15 minutes from the beach.
