I am renting 1 very large bedroom in my 3 bedroom home. All utilities, Wifi and security, included. You would have the full guest bathroom (across from your room and next to the full size washer/dryer) to yourself, other than the occasioal guest. This large room also provides a private entrance (with ultra shady tint) with lock $ Key! Your parking spot is literally right in front of you personal have a 6-year-old female Dachshund Chihuahua mix and babysit dogs. I am disabled and home most of the time. I keep a clean house and expect anyone who lives here to do the same. Although I babysit dogs my home NEVER smells like it. And, you will NOT get trampled when you come home, unless you don't mind. (You can see my system for yourself if/when you come to see my home). If you are a party animal and constantly having friends over, this will not be the home for you. If you have a lot of drama, this is not the home for you. All guests should be gone by 11pm.
This is to respect everyone. Including my neighbors. This is a nice neighborhood and private street (cul-de-sac). My personal driveway fits 4 cars so parking won't be a problem.
