Further amenities include 24 hour security, heated pool, fitness room, library, and parking space. Close to restaurants, shopping entertainment, and 4 major hospiitals., the location is convenient as well as beautiful. Cable, WiFi and utilities are included in the reduce monthly rent of $1650 and security deposit $1650. Total move-in $3300 This is to confirm that the room will be available for move-in after the application process is completed, including approval and any required documentation. The prospective roommate may move in only after all necessary steps are finalized.
