Roommate Wanted

My name is Greg. I have a beautiful large townhome in Plantation. It is in a very peaceful neighborhood called the Jacaranda Country Club neighborhood. Close access to 595 and all the other highways. The unit is located on the Country Club golf course (back yard) and has no buildings or neighbors in front or the back.
There is some flexibility on which room we settle on, but both have ensuite bathrooms. The views are fantastic from both rooms. The one bedroom is $1,300 and the other is $1,500 per month. This is a roommate/sharing situation, not just a room. I am the owner. You can cook, move freely, etc. There is also office space if you need to work at home, or just want to spend time on your computer.
I am a professional, in the finance dept of a luxury cruise line.
It will probably be the end of May to the beginning of June before it is ready.
