Large furnished private room with a nice cabana bath exiting to the pool too. This bathroom is separated into two - lockable separate shower room and lockable washing room with mirrors and sinks . The exit to the pool with dining tables, day beds, cooking and BBQ possibility at the covered porch.

Another half bathroom usage is also included. Usage of the pool & deck as well as laundry room with washer & dryer included. Preparation of the meals in the big kitchen always available. Working professional, students and flight attendants are welcome as close to the colleges, major companies and Fort Lauderdale airport. Very friendly and helpful roommates.
