The Den can be used as your living room and kitchenette, and access to the common areas of the home is included. Common areas include laundry, back patio, swimming pool, game room w/pool table & air hockey.
All utilities, including TV & internet are included. The rental is intended for 1 person, but would consider2 for additional $150 per month. Would also consider short term rental at $400 per week.
I have a small dog and a cat, but no other pets are allowed. Someone who maintains similar hours is preferred (M-F 9-5 work/school). A background check will be needed as well as references from prior leases.
