House is located two blocks away from Davie on University Drive on the east side of Peters Rd.
if you are allergic this is not the place for you. I have 3 pets at home a standard poodle male dog and two cats.
Laundry is allowed once a week, you can use the microwave, and a section of the refrigerator for your groceries. But cooking is not allowed.
Bathroom is share with my 13 years old son.
Parking is available on the driveway.
