Respectful Roommates Wanted – Furnished Rooms

I have three furnished private rooms available in a clean, quiet, owner-occupied home in Pembroke Pines.

I’m the homeowner. My children are grown and have moved out, so I have extra space in a large, peaceful home and I’m looking to rent the rooms to respectful, responsible housemates.

I have been an Airbnb Superhost every quarter since I started hosting in 2021. I have hosted many guests, including students, medical students, and people visiting or working near Cleveland Clinic. I have received great reviews, and many guests have returned to stay again.

The house is conveniently located about 3 minutes from I-75, around 10 minutes from Cleveland Clinic, and close to shopping, restaurants, Sawgrass Mills, Hard Rock Casino, Hard Rock Stadium, and major roads.

Each room is private, furnished, comfortable, and for one person only. Tenants have access to shared common areas, including the kitchen, living areas, laundry, bathroom, and parking.

Rent is $1,500 per month per room and includes furnishings, utilities, fast Wi-Fi, parking, access to shared streaming services such as Amazon Prime and Netflix, and regular housekeeping for shared common areas. Tenants are responsible for keeping their own bedroom clean.

Dogs live in the home, so you must be comfortable around dogs.

This is a peaceful, respectful home and not a party house. Every now and then, we may have a casual karaoke night, but overall the home is quiet, friendly, and calm.

To move in, first month’s rent, last month’s rent, and a refundable security deposit are required.
