Furnished ensuite bedroom in a 2/2 home, updated bathrooms and galley kitchen. Living room/dining room with wooden floors, Large covered patio area with pool set in a very large, landscaped backyard. Washer/dryer. Electric, water, cable/internet, pool maintenance and yard man costs to be split in half monthly. Prefer nonsmoker but smoking would be fine outside. Small dog would be considered; I have a 17 month old Boston Terrier. Absolutely no drugs of any kind and no weapons allowed in or on the property.
