I rent 1 private room with a queen bed, 2 nightstands with lamps, 1 dresser, and a closet. Women only.
It’s an apartment to share with me. You’ll have access to the patio, living room, kitchen, washer and dryer (inside the apartment). Sharing bathroom with me.
The community has a swimming pool and 1 parking space.
I’m a calm and organized person, cleanliness and organization are important to me.
To move in, you must pay 2 months upfront: first month’s rent + one month security deposit (total $2000).
Central A/C. Internet, water, and electricity included.

The condominium requires a background check, which must be paid by the person renting the room.
Once approved, we’ll need to wait for an interview with the condominium staff, where they will explain the condo rules and provide the parking sticker for the car.
