Hey there! My name’s Shane I’m a 22-year-old recent college grad and the proud new owner of this gorgeous single-family home right here in sunny Fort Lauderdale. I’m currently looking for two respectful and responsible roommates to fill the two open rooms in the house.

About the Home: This property is located in a dream location and sits on a large 5,000 sqft lot, with the house itself offering 1,700 sqft of living space. The two rooms for rent are brand new, very spacious, each with large walk-in closets, new flooring, and plenty of room to make it your own.

The home is kept extremely clean, and I’d love for that standard to continue. I’m rarely home due to my busy schedule, so you’ll enjoy a peaceful space with tons of privacy. I also don’t cook much so if you’re someone who enjoys using the kitchen, you’ll have it mostly to yourself!

Quick Heads-Up: I do have two friendly kittens (5 months old) who are super sweet and well-behaved. I’m very diligent about keeping the litter box clean and the home fresh. They sleep in my room at night and I’m gradually training them to become outdoor cats so they’ll soon be out patrolling the neighborhood during the day.
