Low Move-in Cost. Need a roommate for my 2BD

Hi! I'm looking for a responsible and respectful roommate to share my spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment fort lauderdale (tamarac area). You'll have the master bedroom and private bathroom all to yourself, giving you plenty of privacy and space to relax and feel at home. The room will come unfurnished, so you can decorate and furnish it to fit your style. I don't have many house guests, the only house guest I have is my significant other.

Park directly across the street
Sidewalks throughout the area for walking, jogging, or running
Planet Fitness only 5-10 minutes away and open 24 hours
Pool & Fitness Center Hours Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Sunday: Pool open from sunrise to sunset (fitness center closed)

Private master bedroom

Shared kitchen, dining room, and living room
Balcony for outdoor smoking
I simply ask that we both help keep the common areas, especially the kitchen, clean and comfortable for everyone.

Rent & Move In Information:
Monthly Rent: $1,365
$500 SECURITY DEPOSIT refundable
Move-in Date: ASAP or Oct 1
Lease Options: 12 Months
Move-in Costs: First month and security deposit.
Rent is due between the 1st and 3rd of each month
Whole Apartment Option: If you want the entire apartment to yourself, rent is $2,530 a month with a $500 refundable deposit.

Sewer
Trash
(Electric and cable are separate and we will split them)

A Few House Guidelines:
Smoking is welcome on the balcony.
Guests are fine occasionally, but please keep them to a minimum.
This is a peaceful home and not set up for parties.
