There is a elevator and comes with your own private bathroom right in-front your bedroom with walk in shower, toilet and sink. Utilities included like Water, Electric and 1000mbps internet/cable. There is also a screened in large patio (smoking is allowed only on the patio) and the community has a pool. It is a gated community with plenty of first come first serve parking spots in front the unit. Room is not furnished but has an optional mattress (unless you want to bring your own) at no extra cost. Brand New A/C, Tile Floors throughout entire unit no carpet. My name is Marcuss and I live here alone I do own a Egyptian Mau Kitten which stays in the unit he is a very calm cat and usually sleeps all day he has an automatic enclosed litter box so the unit does not smell like an animal lives here. The community has a washroom on every floor a few steps away from the unit. I try to keep the house clean I do not like living in a unclean environment and would expect the same out of whoever rents out the second bedroom. The living area and kitchen is shared as well as long as it is maintained and kept up with. I do also have cameras in the common areas such as the kitchen and living room.
