We’re a married, professional gay couple offering a room in our quiet, tropical condo just 600 feet from the sand on A1A, north of Commercial Blvd. The home has a classic South Florida style — comfortable, clean, and peaceful.
The room is partially furnished with a queen bed, dresser, nightstands, and a large walk-in closet (owners retain emergency access only, since the main water valve is located there). You’ll have a hallway bathroom that is private for your use. Full kitchen access with your own fridge shelf and cabinet. Assigned parking, Wi-Fi, and all utilities are included.
Our private veranda has tropical plants, a TV, and a very comfortable sitting area — perfect for relaxing or catching the ocean breeze. The building offers a pool, dry sauna, BBQ area, and private beach access right across the street. Close to restaurants, Publix, and both fishing piers — quiet but near plenty of fun.
Mail service is not included — you’ll need to set up your own P. O. box or private mailbox nearby for personal mail and deliveries.
We’re a sober household (California-sober) with zero tolerance for alcohol or drug use. No cigarette smoking, no pets (we have two friendly cats). Overnight guests by approval only, and everyone cleans up after themselves in shared spaces.
$1,400 / month (utilities included).
$1,000 deposit.
Month-to-month arrangement.
Single occupant only.
