I require first month, last month, & security deposit upfront. I’m a 20 minute walk to the beach ($5 uber ride or 5 minute drive). Right off of US1 & Commercial Blvd. A lot of businesses in walking distance in the area. Balcony with pool view. There's also shopping carts in the staircases if ever needed. As well as dollies by the pool area to help move big objects. Also aloe vera can be picked in pool area.
Looking to rent June through October with option for extension. Entire apartment (both rooms) will be $2800 per month including utilities.
