A bright, cozy private room will be available next week in our clean and peaceful apartment — perfectly located just 4 miles from Aventura Mall, 5 miles from the beach, and within walking distance to a supermarket. Ideal for someone who appreciates comfort, convenience, and a calm home environment.
We’re a friendly, respectful couple looking for one responsible, tidy person (preferably female) to share our space. The bathroom is shared but always spotless, as we rarely have guests.
You’ll have full access to the kitchen, laundry, and common areas — we just ask that shared spaces stay clean and rent is paid on time. We usually keep things quiet, but occasionally host small, chill gatherings with friends.
We’re easygoing, considerate, and like to keep good energy at home. We’re also -friendly and share the space with our sweet
cat, who’s very affectionate and loves people.
