* Minutes from the Highway
* K-12 School - two blocks away, very convenient and safe for a family

* Located in a shared home
* Shares the main house with other respectful individuals

**2. Private Studio (approx. 300 sq ft)** @ 350 per week
* Completely separate from the main home
* Private entrance and private bathroom

**Notes:**

* For the **studio**, tenants maintain their own space.
* For the **room**, shared spaces are cleaned regularly, but please clean up after cooking (stove, oven, microwave, dishes) to maintain a pleasant environment.
* **Quiet hours after 11pm** to respect other residents.

- One of our guests staying in the other room is a lady in her late 40s
- The other a young man in his early 30s who works the night shift and sleeps all day.

The environment is pretty calm and quiet, we’re looking for someone that can fill the remaining space and complement the dynamic.
