Furnished room with shared bathroom

I have a spare room for rent in my house fully furnished. The room has recessed lighting, all wall outlets have built-in usb, tv, and a personal mini split ac unit (all wifi through home). There is a gated backyard outside the screened in patio/porch. The laundry room is a room on the back porch. Very close to freeway on ramp.
I do government work in Miami, +19 years in defense, and spend every Sunday morning at calvary chapel before family dinner. I am allergic to beer and alcohol so I don't party. I have a saltwater fish/reef tank that is +16 years old, fully automated. I like to cook a bunch and there is a pellet smoker/grill on the back porch.
My current roommate has found a bigger place to have her daughter more often after a year here and so I am looking for another great roommate like her to take her place.
