A nice sized room available in my apartment

The property is owned by a landlady, Aleida, who I am in close contact with. I have lived here for almost 17 years. But I could use help sharing the costs. There is no one else. It used to be my dad's room and has been empty for three years.
The apartment has one bath, living room, kitchen, AC, and there is enough space for one more car in the parking lot, although median parking is permitted too.
I pay for internet seperately and it is currently split between me and my neighbor. If you want to use it, it'd only be fair to contribute $24 monthly to split the $71 cost. Likewise, the utility bill would be split in 3 with my neighbor.
