Property is a duplex located close to Hollywood’s downtown area(Young Circle) All markets, transportation and restaurants are within walking distance. Just a 7 MINUTE DRIVE TO THE BEACH and all major shops! There are 2 entrances/exits and a large backyard.

Im a 38 year old Property Manager living the beach life. Im grounded and very down to earth. I love traveling, going on adventures, kayaking, fishing and working out. When im not out, im home watching all the sports. If our new roommate is down to go on some adventures, awesome. If you want to stay to yourself and mind your own, that’s fine too. I just don’t want anyone who is going to make me feel like strangers in my own home. Good, open and healthy communication is a must.

My home is a place of peace not parties or drama. If they don’t pay, they don’t stay and we expect traffic to be minimal. I rarely have company over. Any questions, just ask. I look forward to this new journey with My new roomie.
