Hi! My name is Brianna. Looking for someone to move in by May 11th earliest or June 1st latest! Hollywood, FL. Rent is $1300 plus security,. wifi & electric not included but it’s really cheap. Room partially furnished with a bed. I'm very respectful & easygoing as long as you give me the same respect in return. I love to just hang out by the pool & enjoy cooking. I love exploring & traveling & going out dancing sometimes. The beach isn't far at all and the neighborhood is beautiful with everything right around. Centrally located to basically anything. As long as you are CLEAN, RESPONSIBLE, PAY ON TIME, easy going & respectful, Then we should get along just fine 🙂

I live in a duplex so it is a house in a beautiful area in Hollywood centrally located to everything. There is a yard with a pool, Washer & dryer. I have a bathroom in my room so u would have your own bathroom.. Pool guy comes on Wednesdays & yard maintenance every 2 Mondays.
