Hi! My name is Brianna. My current roommate has to move due to his job. I really need someone who is clean and Responsible! It is a duplex so it is a house in a beautiful area in Hollywood centrally located to everything. There is a yard with a pool, Washer & dryer. I have a bathroom in my room so u would have your own bathroom. My landlord is amazing he is a 87 yr old italian guy who lives in Pittsburgh & comes down here in the winter for a few months with his daughter. He lives in the house next door for those months. He’s really sweet & takes amazing care of the property. Pool guy comes on Wednesdays & yard maintenance every 2 weeks.
