Room has view to the front of the home. Rent include Internet and utilities. A minimum 6-12 month commitment. Required first, and last months and $600 security deposit to move in. Person (only one) interested must have job/proof of income and no criminal background. Must pass a background check. Person must be clean, responsible, respectful, not messy individuals, no smoking or drug user, no one allowed over, & no loud noises. Professional adult preferably. Parking spot is available. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood, located walking distance from many commercial places, and minutes from I-95 and Turnpike.
