2 rooms for rent near Seminole Hard Rock Guitar

Looking for a clean, respectful male or female to rent a room in my impeccable clean house which I share with my son who is 38 years old. I have 1 room available with a bedroom set and 1 with a bed. The bathroom is shared by the 2 rooms. There is enough parking space available. There is also a huge patio that you can enjoy. The location is near I95, Turnpike and 441, 5 minutes from the guitar casino. No smoking or drinking alcohol inside the house. No visitors unless previously advised. Kitchen can be used but kept clean and laundry can be used once a week only. Quiet hours must be respected and CLEANLINESS is a must. We are friendly but will respect your privacy.
